About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead and enhance our remote operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remote operations management, with a proven track record of creating scalable systems, improving processes, and building high-performing remote teams. This role requires working directly with the CEO or senior leadership to establish and execute operational goals, drive team performance, and create a positive and results-driven culture.
The right candidate will be tech-savvy, experienced in AI and SaaS, and skilled in using technology to build automated and scalable systems. A background in managing remote teams, setting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and working within an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework is a strong plus. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to work US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy and Execution:
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational systems and processes to enhance the efficiency and performance of remote teams.
- Develop and execute strategic operational goals in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the CEO or senior leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve productivity and streamline processes.
Team Leadership and Culture Building:
- Lead and grow high-performing remote teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Performance Management and OKRs:
- Establish, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

AI and SaaS Integration:
- Leverage AI and SaaS platforms to automate processes, analyze data, and drive strategic insights.

Remote Team Management:
- Manage and optimize the performance of remote teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Implement tools and systems to support remote work efficiency and communication.
- Ensure remote teams are well-equipped to meet performance expectations and contribute to business success.
Process Improvement and Experience Enhancement:
- Improve customer and employee experiences by streamlining workflows and removing operational friction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive business success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of business strategies.
- Serve as the operational bridge between different departments to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in remote operations management, with a proven track record of leading and scaling remote teams.
Strong background in creating and improving operational systems and processes for remote teams.
Experience in setting and executing operational goals under the guidance of a CEO or senior executive.
5+ years of experience with SaaS platforms and tools.
Proven success in managing offshore team performance and driving accountability.
Experience using AI and technology to automate and scale operations.
Experience in working with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English).
Experience in fostering a high-performance, positive team culture.
