Your Role
- Work on concept-based tasks aligned with communication strategies and briefs
- Prepare and deliver presentations for design proposals to stakeholders
- Review project briefs and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze timeline and budget
- Lead and oversee creative teams throughout project lifecycles; Direct projects and provide guidance to ensure high-quality output and timely completion
- Manage time and priorities in an organized and systematic way; Keep internal team members informed about project statuses and updates
- Conduct quality control on designs to ensure production feasibility and accuracy; Create assets for digital marketing and print, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on design trends, production technologies, and brand marketing, particularly in the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) industry
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or relevant field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in creative and advertising roles; Minimum three (3) years of experience in directing and executing campaigns with a team, preferably in advertising agencies
- Experience in storytelling, project management, and ad conceptualization for eCommerce, social media, and brand websites. Experience with TVC campaigns is a plus
- Experience in creative project and campaign management; people management experience is a plus
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS PowerPoint, and copywriting/editing; Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Portfolio demonstrating previous campaigns and projects, preferably related to eCommerce, websites, and social media content campaigns
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
