About The Role
The People Coordinator is a fundamental role within the Global People Team, assisting the business by acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers in the UK and EMEA and supporting the UK People Team with various projects and administrative requirements.
This is a hands-on role which requires a highly organised and flexible individual to work closely with the UK People Team to ensure effective and timely delivery of people administration around the full employee life cycle. This includes onboarding, pay and benefits, reporting and managing leavers.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Responding to general employee and manager queries as a first point of contact and managing the central People Services inbox
- Onboarding all new employees in the UK and EMEA and delivering in line with the Global Onboarding Programme
- Administrative support, including:
- Creating promotion / transfer / salary increase / secondment letters
- Helping to collate information for employee experience initiatives
- Ensuring that Workday is a source of truth by auditing and cleansing data/records
- Preparing audit reports for benefit reviews
- Helping to collate information for employee experience initiatives
- Maintaining our electronic employee files via PeopleDoc
- Conducting the leaver and offboarding process and working with IT to ensure it is fully adhered to
- Monthly payroll processing for the UK completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Advising on and coordinating our benefits provisions. This includes liaising with the benefit providers, providing monthly reports and acting as their first point of contact for queries
- Supporting the annual benefits renewal for health, dental and pensions and supporting system updates (payroll/Workday)
- Ad hoc administrative duties and project work across the People function, collaborating with Learning & Talent, People Systems, Payroll, DEI and Global Mobility
- Acting as a Workday champion and supporting the digitalisation of people processes and collaborating with the People Systems Team to find digital and efficient solutions
- Championing our values and culture, and utilising these to build a positive local/global business culture
- High degree of confidentiality and diplomacy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good team player with a willingness to collaborate
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to various deadlines
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
