People Consulting - Senior Associate
JOB SUMMARY / KEY PURPOSE
Responsible for supervising teams in the execution of projects and engagements for the People Advisory Services practice. A Senior Associate is expected to conduct the project activities assigned and oversee the work of the project staff to deliver exceptional client service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the team members in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology with guidance from the Managers
• Assist the Managers in project planning and participate proactively in client meetings
• Gather and analyze data to understand the organization and functions through interviews, department walkthroughs and workshops with the client counterparts
• Conduct research, benchmarks and collection of relevant information and knowledge from available resources to provide value-adding recommendations to the client
• Support the preparation, conduct and documentation of project workshops and interactive sessions
• Work on tools and platforms like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.
• Proactively contribute to team deliverables
• Maintain active communication with Team Lead, Managers and client counterparts to ensure alignment
• Identify and collaboratively resolve project risks and issues
• Attend and participate in learning and development, engagement and other enrichment activities
• Develop positive relationship with peers, supervisors, and mentors/counselors who can provide advice and support
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
MBA is highly desired
Relevant Experience:
At least four (4) years of relevant, professional experience in any of the following: HR operations, organization development, change management, training and facilitation, HR system implementation
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
Certification in HR related disciplines and/or Change Management are highly desired but not required

- Prioritizes project activities especially when deadlines are tight
- Responds promptly to client queries and produce outputs on a timely basis while adhering to quality review procedures

- Analyzes complex problems, understand business needs and respond through innovative and practical solutions
- Conducts and synthesize quantitative and qualitative analysis to formulate business impact and recommendations
- Performs HR data analytics (for strategic workforce planning, compensation and benefits analysis and other service offerings)
