Job Title: STEM Recruiter
Reports to: Recruiting Manager
Shift: Night Shift (Remote)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating placements within the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Pipeline Management:
- Qualify, acquire, service, maintain, and expand our STEMrecruitment community.
- Build and maintain active pipelines of job seekers (temporary, temp-to-full-time, full-time, and gig workers).
- Actively campaign to target both passive and active candidates in a high-energy sales environment.
Collaboration & Partnership:
- Develop solid partnerships with Talent Agents to craft effective recruitment, sales, and placement strategies.
- Negotiate compensation packages, match qualified STEM professionals to client requirements, and supervise placements.
Operational Excellence:
- Operate a profitable recruitment desk.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely data entry in our Inhouse ATS Sytem regarding recruitment and order fulfillment.
- Manage collections, maintain attendance records, and comply with all reporting requirements and company policies.
Performance & Development:
- Meet and exceed personal productivity KPIs and cash-in targets.
- Regularly review your performance, participate in ongoing training, and pursue career progression opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining the STEM Connection Center and process weekly temporary payroll in line with corporate guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 2 to 5 years experience in recruitment and/or sales is a plus.
- Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and excel in a goal-oriented sales environment.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with recruitment platforms and data management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, trustworthy, and committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and performance.
