Developing and administering work/life policies and programs (e.g., flex-time, alternative work scheduling, dependent care assistance, telecommuting, workplace facilities and perks, etc.)
Designing and implementing psychological, health, and financial wellness programs (e.g., health education, medical screenings, health coaching, weight management programs, wellness newsletters, on-site fitness programs and/or facilities, educational programs, etc.)
Identifying employee needs and interests (e.g., conducts surveys, engages employees through communications and/or meetings, recommends new programs and changes, etc.)
Evaluating work place conditions and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, and financial losses
May manage on-site dependent care or fitness center facilities
Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline as well as having a thorough understanding of related disciplines.
Qualifications :
Looking for a Medical Doctor(Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate wellness, occupational health, or employee wellbeing programs
Experience designing and implementing workplace wellness programs, including medical screenings, health coaching, and mental health initiatives
Strong background in evaluating workplace conditions to prevent injuries and illnesses
Prior experience in work/life balance programs (e.g., flex work, dependent care assistance, employee assistance programs)
