Key Responsibilities:
Account Health Monitoring:
- Daily check of Performance notifications in Amazon Seller Central
- Amazon case management and follow-up
- Checking for relevant Amazon news to notify upper management
- Conduct checking for Buybox, Hijackers, Suppressed, Inactive, or Suspended status
- Ensure listing elements are active (Title, Bullets, Description/EBC, Reviews, Price)
- Updating listings and setting up listing promotions, coupons, and business pricing as authorized
- Monitoring inventory out of stock and closing listings as needed
- Regular analysis of product return reports (trends, reasons, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements)
- Creating new listings and setting up listing promotions, coupons, and business pricing as authorized
- Set up promotions, coupons, and business pricing
- Create the listing copy using Data Dive and Helium10s Scribble
- Create a new listing from one marketplace to another
- Regular and ongoing improvements in Amazon listing pages, including regularly indexing for new keywords and improving keyword ranking
- Regularly identify high-ranking organic keywords/ranking juice for PPC campaigns (e.g., regularly searching for new long-tail keyword phrases)
- Identify competitors in the same niche and explore other categories or keywords to get more visibility
- Help and propose image optimization based on competitor research to get more clicks
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon listings and account health within Amazon Seller Central
- Proficient in using Data Dive to create and optimize listing copy
- Strong experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategies for Amazon, including the use of tools like Helium10 and Scribble
- Demonstrated expertise in Amazon case management, including resolving Buybox issues, handling suppressed listings, and managing inactive or suspended listings
- Proven track record of monitoring account health, managing inventory, and setting up promotions, coupons, and business pricing within Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting product return data and making improvement recommendations
- Experience with listing management in international marketplaces, including the ability to transfer listings from one marketplace to another
- Familiarity with image optimization techniques for enhanced click-through rates and conversion
- Knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, including updates and news relevant to account health and listing policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide insights and updates to upper management
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling multiple product listings and marketplaces
