Job Overview

The Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the company’s financial reporting systems and processes. This role requires strong expertise in accounting systems, process workflows, and technical proficiency in IT. The administrator supports the Finance Department by automating processes, improving financial reporting, and ensuring data accuracy through effective system controls.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain financial models, tools, and automated reporting systems.
  • Analyze business needs, document processes, and deliver technical solutions for financial and management reporting.
  • Implement, update, and manage financial systems, including adjusting system menus, modifying reports, and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify and address workflow inefficiencies through automation.
  • Establish and maintain system controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support and oversee the maintenance of back-office finance systems.
  • Partner with IT and Internal Audit teams to align financial systems with company policies and enhance operational processes.
