Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:

Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms to refine and enhance our approach continually.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and customer inquiries.
Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and manage social media interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) using social media analytics tools.
Provide regular reports and insights to guide future social media initiatives and strategies.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Assist in the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms in a professional or agency setting.
• Experience in real estate and automotive niches a plus
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic knowledge of video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Experience using AI tools to generate image, video, and text-based outputs
