  • At least 5 years of work experience with expertise on land acquisitionn/site acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the real estate, property development, or commercial leasing sectors.

  • Highly adaptable, innovative, and results-driven with a strong business development mindset,
  • Has the ability and confidence to interact with senior management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, meetings, and business engagements.
