Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pasay, with the flexibility for work from home setup. The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, analyzing data, creating reports, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts and tracking the progress of ESG goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and practices
- Experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance
- Experience engaging with stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or related field
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
