Key Responsibilities

Support the BI strategy for department

 Develop a deep understanding of business and the delivery of environment/processes/data flows

 Understand the needs of the stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and

requirements.

 Develop and deliver analytics and reporting capabilities for CCEP BI products, that include a focus

on consistency, scale and operational excellence, providing “self-serve” and “real-time” information

solutions.

 Develop and maintain standards for operation including the scheduling, running, monitoring,

logging, management of errors, recovery from failures, and validation of outputs.

 Answer ad-hoc queries on the existing BI solutions, and manage data source as the data expert of

business intelligence platform.

Stakeholder management

 Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of

reporting activities and help on resolving any reporting and data issues.

 Conduct trainings on Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and others when required. Support onboarding

process for new joiners.

Continuous improvement:

 Support projects, reporting applications changes and upgrades.

 Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and

simplification within his / her area of expertise.

 Provide regular feedback on the performance and reliability of BPT systems as a basis for ensuring

the quality and accuracy of data.
