Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities

• 1. Coordinate project operations: Responsible for the planning, management and implementation of the Philippine disk project to ensure that the project is completed on time and with high quality. Coordinate the collaborative work of various departments (such as products, technology, market, etc.) to advance the progress of the project.
• 2. Resource allocation and optimization: According to project requirements, reasonably allocate team resources, solve various problems arising in the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• 3. Strategic planning and execution: According to the company's development strategy, formulate and implement platform operation strategies to promote the long-term development of the project and market expansion.
• 4. Cross-departmental communication and coordination: As a bridge between departments, ensure that project-related personnel maintain good communication and collaboration, and promote the achievement of project goals.
• 5. Progress monitoring and reporting: Real-time monitoring of project progress, timely discovery and resolution of potential problems, and regular reporting of project execution and interim results to the company's management.
• 6. Market analysis and innovation: Regularly analyze the market environment and competition
  

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of operation or project management experience
2. Familiar with project management processes, with excellent overall planning, coordination and execution capabilities, able to efficiently promote multiple projects and solve complexp roblems;
3. Familiar with data analysis, able to drive decisions through data and optimize project execution results;
4. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to efficiently cooperate with various departments and coordinate resources;
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, and be able to work efficiently under pressure;
6. Those with experience in the operation of Philippine-related projects are preferred (PIGO)
