  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement action plans to increased assigned projects' occupancy- ex: actively source new concepts and tenants, coordinate marketing collaterals with the marketing team, update hosting sites and social media page/s, etc.
  • Prepare lease proposals, certifications, lease contracts, renewals and other leasing documents based on company's standard formats.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and terms both prospective and existing tenants
  • Process and/or coordinate tenant requests and concerns. Meet and communicate with tenants as needed to resolve concerns and foster good partnership.
  • Inspect properties, ensure readiness of space for turn-over to tenants.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BSBA, Marketing, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 2-3 years experience as Leasing Supervisor.
  • Preferable with experience in Commercial Leasing.
  • Excellent oral and written communications, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.

Site Assignment:

  • Timog, Quezon City or Bataan
