Role Description
This is a contract and hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Makati with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. Day-to-day tasks also include identifying new market opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing sales operations, and reporting on sales metrics. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and sales target setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for monitoring sales performance and reporting
