  • Proven track record in tenant acquisition, revenue generation, and project management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of retail and property trends in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and market research tools.
