As the Data, Digital, and IT Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to enhance data governance, digital platforms, and IT infrastructure to support business growth.
The position
As a Data, Digital, and IT Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance. You will manage data systems, analyze trends, and create dashboards to drive decision-making and enhance business performance.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation, integrating digital tools with existing systems, and optimizing CRM and BI platforms to support commercial and marketing operations.
- Manage and execute IT strategies, ensuring that technological advancements align with business needs. You will identify emerging technologies, optimize existing systems, and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, streamline data integration, and ensure seamless digital adoption across departments. Your expertise in project management will be essential in executing transformation initiatives.
- Oversee workforce analytics and reporting, utilizing data visualization tools to track key business metrics such as employee engagement, performance, and retention. You will provide insights that support strategic HR and business initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-4 years of managerial experience in data management, digital transformation, or IT strategy, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Expertise in data analytics, CRM, automation, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and digital marketing platforms to drive digital transformation.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and project management skills, with the ability to implement IT and digital solutions that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across departments, engage with stakeholders, and translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
