We’re seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to be the first point of contact for high-level professionals in various industries. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to set 18-20 high-quality appointments per week with potential clients, including lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, and developers. Plus Commissions based on performance
- Articulate the company’s unique value proposition and explain how our services can benefit various professionals in their respective fields
- Manage a dynamic scheduling system, handling any necessary rescheduling with professionalism and efficiency
- Serve as the virtual face of the company by managing social media accounts and responding promptly to online inquiries
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Act as a virtual secretary, managing multi-channel communications including email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to understand and effectively represent the company’s vision and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Proven experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in using various communication tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer-service oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of the financial or mortgage industry (preferred but not required)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Adaptability to changing priorities and capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
