Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and optimize marketing processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to improve profitability and marketing ROI.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure high-quality output and adherence to KPIs in marketing production.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise marketing operations staff.
  • Enhance customer service quality and experience through operational improvements.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, website analytics, and Google Analytics (Top Priority).
  • Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness, operations management, and business principles.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Ads.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and adapt to change.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a strategic mindset.

  • Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Digital Marketing, CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
