Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will acquire property owners and managers needing service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in outreach and relationship building. You will also play a key role in securing long-term partnerships, ensuring clients receive seamless service from initial contact to project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage property owners/managers needing services.
- Educate clients on platform benefits and assist with work orders.
- Match clients with contractors and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Conduct outreach via calls, social media, and lead-gen strategies.
- Track interactions and manage client data in CRM (HubSpot).
- Support marketing efforts like digital promotions and flyers.
- Assist clients in submitting work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Source new leads independently while utilizing company-provided platforms.
Expectations & KPIs:
- Secure 50 work orders per day across 15 contractors.
- Complete training within one week for full operational capacity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, work requests, and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving client needs.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
