Job Overview:

A client of insight global is seeking a property accountant. The Property Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations related to our manufactured home communities. This role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and providing insight into the financial health of each property. The Property Accountant will work closely with the property management team, senior accounting staff, and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Compensation:

114.49 PHP/hr to 228.98 PHP/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
