- Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, SMS, email, and phone to source top candidates actively seeking work opportunities.
- Identify and match well-qualified healthcare professionals with client job orders while maintaining regular contact.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and create targeted shortlists.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database, ensuring constant growth and opportunity tracking.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
- Proven success recruiting US-based candidates for US healthcare clients.
- Experience recruiting for positions such as Respiratory Therapist, Sonographer, RN, Director of Nursing, and Nursing Home Administrator is highly desirable.
- A track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a competitive edge.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, along with excellent relationship-building skills.
Minimum Experience:
- 3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (Required).
- Expertise in recruiting US candidates for US clients.
