  • Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database, ensuring constant growth and opportunity tracking.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
  • Proven success recruiting US-based candidates for US healthcare clients.
  • Experience recruiting for positions such as Respiratory Therapist, Sonographer, RN, Director of Nursing, and Nursing Home Administrator is highly desirable.
  • A track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a competitive edge.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, along with excellent relationship-building skills.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (Required).
