Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City. As a Customer Service Agent & Tech Support, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
Qualifications
- Possess skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing Customer Service Representatives
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new technology
- Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus but not required
