Administrative & Finance Associate
LoveYourself, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Associate. The Administrative & Finance Associate shall provide administrative & financial efficiency for our Organization's clinic, and LoveYourself clients onsite, observing the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professional accountability. The Administrative & Finance Associate is expected to:

- Primarily responsible of administrative and financial soundness of CBO and/or Community Center in relation to PROTECTS Project
- Responsible in coordinating and arrangement of site visits of the LY-SR and PR teams
- Coordinate community center operations with CBO Head, to align with the organization’s HIV program specific with the PROTECTS Project.
- Secure and check all data forms/documents (e.g. Reach Forms, CBS Forms, HTS Form, CLM Tool, etc.) involved in center-based testing.
- Coordinate community center operations with the CMO to align with field and outreach activities, trainings, and meetings with partners
- Will serve as CCO who will be in charge of center operations, specifically ensuring on time payments of overhead costs
- Coordinate with CMO and co-submit accomplishment reports and liquidations (MAR, ACR, ALR, MLR, MOM, etc.)
- Notify and seek approval as necessary from the Program Manager for any updates, deviations and/or adjustments to the approved activities and budget utilization.
- Secure soft copies of ALL reports, receipts, and other pertinent documents
- Adhere to timekeeping protocols set by LY (HRIS)
- Engage and coordinate with CMO and Digital Officers in the creation of CHAMPION Community Publications.
- Ensure Monthly entries in the CHAMPION Community Publication that promote the activities, accomplishments, and the CBO per se where he/she is deployed.
- Perform other functions/duties as assigned by the LY Program Manager.
B. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Not required but preferred, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least one year of experience, but open to fresh graduates
- Preferably living in or near Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
- Computer-literate, specially with Microsoft and Google applications
- Gender-sensitive; Sex-positive; nondiscriminatory with race, gender, social class, educational background
- Willing to work in a community-driven organization.
