Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle high call volumes while effectively engaging decision-makers.

What you'll do:

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound cold calls per day to reach key decision-makers.
  • Schedule at least 40 qualified appointments per month (10 per week, 2 per day).
  • Follow up with leads via phone and email to maximize appointment conversions.
  • Qualify prospects based on specific client criteria before booking meetings.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM to track outreach and follow-ups.
  • Continuously refine call scripts and outreach strategies based on performance and feedback.
  • Work closely with account executives or clients to ensure seamless handoffs for scheduled meetings.

Requirements

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of outbound cold calling experience in a B2B sales or SDR role (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume cold calling environment (150+ calls/day).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on hitting appointment targets.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools, email outreach, and call tracking software.
  • Ability to adapt to different industries and client needs quickly.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience working in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales.
  • Strong familiarity with sales engagement platforms and automation tools.
