What Your Day Looks Like
- Acts as a commercial digital leader actively contributing to the key business decisions for short and long-term strategies in the covered area. Ensures flawless delivery of operational commercial tasks by periodic business result and critical business and consumer KPI tracking. Accountable for all the activities delivered by the team. Supports the teams with guidance and deep expertise & business acumen to reach operational excellence.
- Takes the lead of related commercial responsibilities with a holistic responsibility of commercial initiatives from ideation to go-live. Generates business insights and identify actionable opportunities. Ensures the necessary analysis & reviews are done in order to support the development of commercial strategies.
- Actively contributes to the formulation of commercial strategies acting as a subject matter expert. Has deep understanding of other functional domains (i.e. Planning CC and SFP, Digital Platforms, Consumer Engagement etc). Able to coach others on any topic in his / her commercial expertise.
- Collaborates with multiple business functions simultaneously, including Global & Regional Teams, Markets & All Key Stakeholders. Coordinates the alignment among these parties to improve the business with a high level of project & stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
- Drives the project optimizations by continuously analyzing performance of commercial initiatives to eliminate possible miscommunication and to maximize improvement opportunities. Ensure best practice sharing and standardizations among clusters/markets. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization, digitalization and transformation.
- Works closely with respective markets to support commercial activities and to identify/address possible pain points. Establishes and maintains strong and professional relationship with internal and external key stakeholders with huddle meetings, based on the customer needs and targets and effective business plans. Tracks periodic VOP Results and takes and coordinates necessary actions for better executions within the department.
- Prepares and follow the budget and effectively tracks the progress against OB targets.
- Organize, manage and control the work of subordinates, motivate them and encourage their professional growth using training and other forms of career development tools. Develop business acumen and career progression of team members. Closely analyse employee engagement index and other dimensions scores to understand the improvement areas and finds solutions through team workshops.
- Rich experience of not less than 5 years in the commercial field (Sales & Marketing) or closely related domain
- Good background on Sales Systems/Applications and Reporting Solutions (iSMS, DCE, PowerBI, Salesforce or similar applications)
- Extensive project management and stakeholder management skills
- Not less than 3 years of proven track record of people management, with strong team commitment, and results delivery orientation
- Possess analytical skills and attention to detail
- With strong influencing skills and interpersonal skills, ie. ability to challenge status quo
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to thrive in a multicultural working environment and effectively work with teams across the globe
