JOB SCOPE:
· Manage & grow the Bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of Investable Assets (IA), fee income and customers numbers, in line with CFS aspirations and segment’s client value proposition (CVP).
· Accountable for the implementation of the segment’s customer acquisition, migration and retention.
· Collaboration with internal (i.e. Trust, Global Markets) and external counterparts (e.g. Etiqa Philippines, ATR Asset Management, Manulife Asset Management, SLAMCI etc).
· Collaborate with other CFS units (CD, Cards, Consumer Lending etc) to ensure deployment of Premier Banking strategies, campaigns and CVP are properly implemented at the branches.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent.
· Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino.
· Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters.
· Self -driven and possess strong presentation skills.
· Good analytical skills with strong strategic thinking abilities
· Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage.
