Responsibilities:
· Provides accounting and booking support to the Accounting Lead.
· Maintains the Book of Accounts. Recording of daily journal entries and month-end closing entries. Review of taxes related to sales, receipts, purchases and disbursement.
· Preparation of monthly financial statements – balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow. Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers.
· Assists in the preparation of the necessary data used in the preparation of the financial reports by filing, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
· Prepares the monthly bank reconciliations and proposes adjusting journal entries.
· Responsible for the submission and compliance of government regulatory requirements.
· Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in complying with tax regulations.
· Knowledge in Oracle NetSuite System or any accounting software is an advantage.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills.
