Account Executive (Sports/Lifestyle)
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the sports and lifestyle industry. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth sales operations, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have at least two (2) years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or related industries.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Client Relationship Management- Manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients in the sports and lifestyle sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored product solutions to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives by developing and executing account strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns for key accounts.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with trends in the sports and lifestyle industry, including competitor activities and consumer preferences.
- Provide market feedback to the sales and product development teams to improve offerings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build business relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and client updates for management review.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the sports, lifestyle, or retail industry.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sportswear, active lifestyle brands, sporting goods, or fitness-related products is a plus.
