KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting Acclime Group Sales
- Acting as the first point of contact between incoming web enquiries and Acclime
- Responding to web enquiries via professional email communication
- Identifying and assessing clients’ and customers’ needs
- Preparing necessary documents and information for Acclime Group Sales and each business unit as required
- Qualifying and triaging inbound web enquiries for services in Asia.
- Working closely with Acclime Group Sales to provide support with sales administration, lead generation, and marketing activities.
- Collaborating with colleagues across 16 markets globally, using digital tools such as Teams, HubSpot, and Ignition to provide fast, streamlined support
- Conducting research into prospective clients attending events for Acclime Group Sales, and supporting Acclime Group Sales with outreach to prospects in advance of such events
- Ensure accurate client information, service type, and target market data are captured and entered into HubSpot correctly by providing system administration support.[BL1] [EH2]
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing documentation for new client accounts, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- This role involves collecting, validating, and verifying (Know Your Client) KYC documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic client records, and coordinating with relevant teams to obtain any additional required documentation.
- This position is critical in supporting the company's client onboarding processes and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar B2B sales and/or client relations role.
- Experience in outbound call/cold calling.
- High level of computer literacy, with experience in cloud-based software solutions, particularly Office 365 and remote working tools.
- Experience with CRM systems is essential; advanced knowledge of cloud-based CRM software like HubSpot preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, plan workload, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- High-level written communication skills, with the ability to prepare, review, and edit client/partner correspondence and proposals in an appropriate style
- High attention to detail, with a diligent and friendly personality and a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, unsupervised, and independent capacity, with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to conduct in-depth research into prospective clients, and coordinate meeting requests for Group Sales team members attending events
- Comfortable working across different time zones, organizing your workload accordingly, and tailoring your approach to meet international partners' and clients' requirements
- Experience in the professional services, consulting, or business support industry is highly desired.
