The SYSTEMS PLANNING & PRODUCT INTEGRATION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE is someone who is responsible in assisting the Systems Support Officer in managing and maintaining the systems applications owned by the Group. It also involves the preparation Statement of Requirements and Document preparation for new, existing and in the pipeline projects.

Main Accountabilities

  • Assists the Systems Support Officer in the preparation of
  • Conducts first level analysis of system related problems referred by Users.
  • Assists System Support Officer in the preparation of Test Scripts and in conducting User Acceptance Testing
  • Prepares and Monitors Variance Analysis, Expense Report and other admin work the Unit may require
  • Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, service providers and other units in the bank
  • Assists in training of users of systems/applications owned by unit and in the actual usage of these systems/applications
  • Acts as Security Admin Maker for users’ access rights definition and maintenance based on duly approved requests
  • Performs systems maintenance of Micro-Computer Systems and Systems Project
  • Corporate Credit Approval Processing System (CCAPS) and other systems that may be tagged to the Group
  • Evaluates user request for system revision / enhancement

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Team player with excellent human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with knowledge and experience in banking processes in loans and customer service
  • Adep t in the needed MS Office sy stems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
  • With strong analytical skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati
