Key Responsibilties
- Champion and implement culture-building initiatives that align with our values and goals.
- Lead employee engagement programs, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular or monthly check-ins with employees to assess morale, gather feedback, and ensure they feel heard and supported.
- Support the management of hybrid or remote teams, ensuring strong connection and employee experience across all locations.
- Provide coaching and support to team leaders and employees to nurture a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and enhance HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership in resolving employee concerns and implementing people-focused solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to guide decision-making and engagement strategies.
- Develop internal communications that promote transparency, alignment, and trust across the organization.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in culture-building, employee engagement, events management or people management.
- You are experienced in managing hybrid and/or remote workforces.
- You are willing to work onsite in our Ayala, Makati office.
- You have strong technical skills and are proficient with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and engagement platforms.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle feedback and employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- You demonstrate high emotional intelligence and a passion for people development.
- You are a creative problem-solver who can deliver thoughtful solutions to workplace challenges.
- You use data and employee insights to inform and influence engagement strategies and people initiatives.

What happens after you submit your application?
The Whole Process Takes Around 4 Weeks
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
- Fit to Work/Health Card (Basic 5 employment medical tests)
- NBI Clearance
