Indonesia-Logistic Manager

Job Duties:
1.Develop and execute Indonesia’s logistics strategy, including multi-channel (retail, B2B, Roboshop) supply chain optimization and cost-efficiency targets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
2.Lead annual budgeting for logistics operations, ensuring cost control while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) of 95% on-time delivery.
3.Manage 3PL partners and warehouse teams to achieve KPIs such as inventory turnover rate, breakage rate, and customs clearance cycle time.
4.Design and implement contingency plans for supply chain disruptions using route simulation tools and local regulatory knowledge.
5.Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance departments to balance supply-demand dynamics, ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing stock obsolescence.
6.Drive process innovation through AI-driven demand forecasting and IoT implementation (e.g., RFID for real-time inventory tracking).
7.Ensure compliance with Indonesia’s logistics regulations (OJK, customs bonded zones) and POP MART’s global compliance standards.
8.Conduct quarterly audits on 3PL performance, addressing deviations through corrective action plans.
9.Lead a team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
10.Establish training programs on ERP system optimization (SAP/Manhattan Associates) and lean logistics practices.
Job Requirements:
1.A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business-related, and 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain/sales-related field.
2.Proven track record of reducing logistics costs through strategic vendor negotiations or process redesign.
3.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI for KPI dashboards, and Python/SQL for logistics data analysis.
4.Certification in supply chain management or lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.
5.In-depth understanding of Indonesia’s customs procedures, tax incentives for bonded warehouses, and port operations.
6.Existing relationships with key logistics providers is highly valued.
7.Fluency in Filipino, proficient in at least one of Chinese and English.
8.Strong ability to present strategic proposals to senior executives and negotiate with government agencies.
9.Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams, including performance evaluations and career development planning.
10.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
