  • Monitors the ATM lease agreement for renewal or termination. Ensures that the lease agreement is within the bank's standard.
  • Reviews contract and prepares necessary documents for approval.
  • Negotiates terms and conditions in accordance with the agreed rates set by the business unit.
  • Prepares Third-party related transaction report to be submitted to CBG-ATM Network Unit.
  • Supervise the timely resolution of issues related to lessors' compliance to the lease agreement.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5-year business course.
  • At least 3 years' experience in ATM deployment and operations, ATM space lease contract processing and documentation, Negotiating contract terms with lessors.
  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
