  • Define and communicate the brand’s positioning and unique value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all

  • Coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
  • Work closely with product development team to integrate brand messaging into
  • new products

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its
  • products and services
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content and messages
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand identity
  • Manages external communication to enhance brand reputation
  • Build and Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies and
  • Stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • 3-5 years' experience Brand Management, Brand Marketing or marketing management with background in retail and beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Project management experience with a solid understanding its principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker and able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
