Job Duties

  • Drives the implementation of governance frameworks by ensuring operational adherence to policies, risk controls, and compliance to the statutory obligations, reinforcing and executing the capability center’s strategic priorities and long-term business sustainability.
  • Designs and delivers comprehensive metrics, reports, and dashboards to management and governance teams, enabling data-driven decision making, proactive risk management, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Provides strategic guidance to site management and contributes to the design and implementation of projects and programs that drives efficiency, compliance and business sustainability.
  • Optimizes business operations to run smoothly in the site, continually building efficiency strategies that enhance cost effectiveness and scalability to support the future growth and expansion of the business in the site.
  • Evaluates and strengthens outsourcing arrangements, assessing new or amended outsourcing arrangements with respect to materiality and risk in accordance with the Outsourcing Risk Management Program Addendum.
  • Implements and reinforces effective internal control mechanism, ensuring accurate reporting related to material and outsourced activities in the site.
  • Drives a culture of best practices by identifying opportunities to efficiencies, standardization and fostering collaboration ensuring seamless execution of the governance initiatives in the site.
  • Leads financial and planning budgeting efforts across the site as regards to engagement and staff related funding to drive consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to harmonize governance structures, risk and control enhancement implementation, and operational processes across the site, ensuring consistency and alignment with local statutory compliance requirements and the RCE program of NT.
  • Serves as the designated BC officer and Alternate Incident Commander in the site, ensuring comprehensive, up-to-date, and adequate, effective contingency plans are in place that safeguards operational resilience.
  • Champions cross-functional and cross-locations collaboration by partnering with business leaders across capability centers to drive project execution, standardization. Synergy, and adoption of best practices.
  • Provides executive-level updates to Senior Management, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on the site operations, governance developments and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensures robust first-line assurance by overseeing audit remediation measures and proactively addressing operational risks related to the site management, outsourcing, organizational governance, and statutory compliance within the first line of defense (1LOD) framework. Liaises and coordinates site audit and other related activities.
  • Manages and organizes client and executive visits aligning with business sponsors
  • Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
  • Makes staffing decisions, manages expenses and salary review process for the team
  • Participates in developing site strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the capability center; follows through to ensure that objectives are met.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to administrative staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
  • Guide and identify opportunities for improvements/reengineering of deliverables and enable productivity and innovation wherever found
  • Coordinates various leadership meetings and stakeholders' engagement in Manila site
  • Oversee all communications delivery in coordination and alignment with regional and global communications group supporting design development and delivery of key corporate and critical communication impacting the site, business and partners. Plans and executes all site engagements, town halls and programs.

Knowledge/Skills And Core Competencies

  • Experience in development and maintenance of core management reporting, dashboards, metrics and key risk indicators.
  • Extensive business experience and broad functional knowledge with focus on execution of strategy

Strong leadership, organizational and influencing skills to effectively collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and

with diverse business groups in a matrix environment

  • Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertiser
  • Knowledge and experience in Financial Services
  • Demonstrated skills in problem assessment and resolution as well as collaborative problem solving in a complex setting
  • Hands-on experience leading large business or deployment projects; ability to see the big picture with an eye for detail
  • Result oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills with evidence of successful leadership and administrative/supervisory experience

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or relevant professional qualification and experience, preferably with post graduate studies
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written, with the ability to articulate and develop confidently an argument in an environment of

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the Financial Services
  • Experience in MI creations for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret metric and reporting with ability to assess information and transform into actionable data
