Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, software development, IT, and other technical roles.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
