Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, software development, IT, and other technical roles.
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
