We're seeking a customer-focused implementation expert to co-lead customer onboarding and ensure the successful adoption of our unique platform in the home services industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead customer onboarding and own the post-onboarding experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests and support issues
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
  • Create seamless customer journeys that maximize platform adoption and value
  • Master our platform to communicate technical solutions to different user types effectively
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to extract maximum value from the system
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations addressing specific client requirements
  • Collect and transform customer feedback into actionable product improvements
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys and develop feature wish lists
  • Monitor usage patterns to identify clients who may need additional training or support
  • Identify patterns in customer requests to drive automation and optimization
  • Coordinate and manage client meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, customer success, or account management)
  • SaaS/web application experience required
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex software concepts
  • IELTS or equivalent English proficiency level (medium/high)
  • Experience designing and optimizing customer experience touchpoints
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and drive high satisfaction scores
  • Skilled at handling stressful situations and defusing sensitive issues within set timelines
  • Experience conducting warm calls and managing client correspondence
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and implementation
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent time management skills
  • People-oriented with strong communication as a core competency
  • MANDATORY: Ability to support EST time zone (potential night shift hours)
  • MANDATORY: IELTS or equivalent English proficiency level (medium/high)
  • Sounding like a native speaker will be excellent but not required
