Main Duties:
Administrative Support for Kitchen and Retail Store Expansion:
- Document Management: Help organize, file, and update contracts, leases, and other documents related to site expansion.
- Support Site Evaluations: Assist with preparing materials for site inspections and evaluations, ensuring all necessary documents are available for review.
- Assist in Sourcing Locations: Help research potential locations for new kitchens or stores by following predefined criteria, assisting in identifying suitable options.
- Compliance Assistance: Help ensure that documents and materials are in line with compliance and regulatory standards, supporting the team in tracking any necessary paperwork.
Partnership & Business Support:
- Support Partnership Documents: Assist with the maintenance and organization of partnership-related documents, helping to track communications with lessors and business partners.
- Assist with Business Reviews: Help prepare reports and materials for business reviews, ensuring everything is organized for easy reference.
- Basic Liaison: Provide support by assisting with minor communication and coordination with lessors or business partners when needed.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Data Entry & Filing: Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to site evaluations, contracts, and expansion projects.
- General Research: Assist with sourcing information, researching potential locations, or finding new opportunities to expand as directed by the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
