Job Summary

The position is responsible for assisting the Employee Relations Head in management of employee / labor relations issues and concerns including adherence to the Bank's Code of Conduct and Bank's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and compliance to HR-related labor laws and regulatory requirements of Department of Labor (DOLE).

Responsibilities

  • Assists in handling employee discipline and behavioral cases while ensuring due process is observed.
  • Develops and updates HR Policies and Internal Guidelines relevant to Employee Relations.
  • Ensures compliance to regulatory and/or reportorial requirements of DOLE.
  • Handles coordination with HR Units and other Business Units during DOLE inspection.
  • Ensures compliance to Risk Management requirements of Employee Relations unit (ie BCP / DPA / RCSA / KRI)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Must have 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience, labor / employee relations, basic labor law, DOLE regulatory compliance. Knowledge in HR policies an advantage.
  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
