8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific time (11pm - 8am Manila Time) with 1hr unpaid break

Job/Company Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our podiatry clinic as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in accurately documenting patients' medical information and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio recordings in real-time, accurately documenting patients' medical information in electronic health records (EHR).
• Send transcriptions for approval by healthcare providers, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the recorded information
• Transmit transcriptions to appropriate medical facilities, facilitating efficient and timely communication between healthcare professionals
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the podiatry clinic.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidate should have minimum of 2 years experience in medical scribing or medical transcription
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Fast and accurate typist, capable of typing no less than 45 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive medical documentation.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good internet service and internet-savvy, enabling efficient communication and access to electronic health records systems.
  
  

As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
