The Role

Step into the spotlight as a Finance Coordinator with INA Prime Solutions, the BPO line of business of the vibrant Goway Travel Ltd. family in Manila! In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations by efficiently managing and processing accounts payable transactions. Your responsibilities will include handling supplier invoices, payment processing, reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to maintaining seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the main accounting email reception
  • Sorting and validating supplier invoices for post or prepayment
  • Handling voicemails and processing any urgent payments
  • Processing and matching of supplier invoices
  • Attending to supplier and consultant queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Raising invoice discrepancies
  • Updating and maintaining creditor files
  • Negotiating payment terms with suppliers as needed
  • Handling credit applications and credit recovery
  • Processing credit card transactions
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures
  • Performing other related tasks as required from time to time

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 to 3 years of accounts payable experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and keen attention to details
  • Confident communicator and comfortable reaching out and asking questions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new information, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to problem solve with a high level of integrity and professionalism
