The position is primarily responsible for gathering data and market research that helps in the development and enhancement of bank products and services. The position is also responsible for providing assistance in conducting research studies to expand the bank product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathers data and market research that helps in the development and enhancement of bank products and services.
  • Provides assistance in conducting research studies to expand the bank product portfolio and/or innovate existing bank products and services.
  • Helps in identifying the nature and scope of new products as to specifications, requirements, and pricing.
  • Participates in the acquisition and management of product vendors.
  • Assists in the completion of the documentary requirements for development and enhancement of bank products.
  • Supports the pilot testing of new bank products and solicits feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably Economics, Statistics and Math-related
  • With at least one (1) year of work-related experience in product development and market research preferably from a bank or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the following is preferred: cohort analysis, A/B testing, retention analysis, heat mapping, form analysis, and funnel analysis.
