Scope of Work:

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports.
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve freight coordination.
  • Independently analyze BOL data to uncover high-value backhaul opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reports for tracking freight opportunities.
  • Lead weekly reporting efforts, ensuring accuracy in data validation.

Process Improvement

  • Enhance freight tracking and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.
  • Work proactively with the Strategic Support team and other internal stakeholders to improve tracking and reporting processes.

Project Management

  • Independently review, assess, and prioritize third-party freight opportunities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for C.H. Robinson customer support.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for vendor CPU coordination and follow-ups.
