Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
- Develop, manage, and optimize job descriptions based on industry trends and market salary benchmarks.
- Conduct market research on salary, benefits, and hiring trends to advise leadership on competitive positioning.
- Oversee talent sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, ATS, executive search, and headhunting techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
- Lead candidate screening, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the best hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive structured interview processes and improve selection efficiency.
- Lead offer negotiations to secure top talent while maintaining internal equity.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to develop employer branding strategies.
- Enhance pre-onboarding engagement, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
- Oversee onboarding logistics, including assets, access, and system setup.
- Implement post-onboarding check-ins (2-4 weeks) to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience scores).
- Utilize data insights to improve hiring strategies and optimize recruitment operations.
- Provide reports and recommendations to leadership on hiring effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition/recruitment
- Experience in the iGaming industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
- Possess strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong team player
