Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Development Supervisor with Arden Botanical Estate Sales & Marketing Team in Makati. The Training Development Supervisor will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, developing and implementing training programs, and delivering training sessions. Additional responsibilities include providing feedback and support to trainees/sellers/employees, and maintaining training & employee records, arbitration, rules and guide implementations and support in events. The role will also involve supervise the training & development group of the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
