In this position, you will be responsible for all recruitment support services, with a particular focus on interview scheduling, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
We will count on you to:
- Ensure that all candidates have a smooth transition from scheduling of interviews, offer acceptance and submission of pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between the candidate and business
- Handle and communicate updates about the pre-boarding processes and documents; partner with Candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants, and Hiring Managers to ensure necessary paperwork has been provided, signed and returned
- Ensure New Hire data integrity; identify missing or incomplete documentation for new hires, based on data integrity reporting; reviews and analyzes data and provides recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency.
- Liaise with the HR Operations team to ensure all required information is gathered and data is complete.
- Bachelor’s degree holders with strong academic track-record
- Seasoned Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Professional
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS Systems.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to task, able to take responsibility for actions and outcomes, persist despite challenges
- Customer Focus, able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery, do what is necessary to ensure stakeholders satisfaction
- Experienced Workday and Service-now user.
- Background with end-to-end recruitment
- With sound background in Shared Services or supporting global colleagues
