Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Ortigas. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction and marketing in social media (Facebook ans Linkedin). They will also work to identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Knowledge of financial and lending industry practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with software is a plus
