Provide essential data insights for Voyage Loyalty, covering user experience, engagement, behavioural outcomes and partnership success. Work with colleagues in the Voyage Loyalty team to make the program more effective. Work with colleagues across V. to ensure the program is helping to improve the seafarer experience.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Work with Loyalty Program Manager to catalogue, understand, question and document the data business needs.
Interpret and communicate the business use and requirements to the technology team.
Draw models describing the user experience of members, their engagement, how this results in behavioural outcomes.
Draw models describing the effectiveness of Voyage Loyalty as an advertising platform for Program partners.
Follow and enhance data frameworks and processes to ensure the accuracy of data.
Add value to the team by presenting opportunities for improvement through analysis.
Work with colleagues across V to assess improvement areas in the seafarer experience.

2 years' experience as a data analyst.
Knowledge in foundational data management areas, such as Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Architecture and Data Integration.
Ability to model a business, operating model, structure, drivers and processes.
Knowledge of BI reporting tools and a Data Quality tool.
Familiarity with data loading and ETL Concepts.
Bulk data manipulation and import procedures.
Knowledge of cross-business data.
Spoken and written English
Identify, Analyse and Propose solutions to problems independently.
Experience communicating to senior stakeholders.
Basic database design, SQL and Python skills.
Desirable
Experience within the Shipping Industry.
Experience in a role within a loyalty program.
Experience using AI to solve problems.
