HVC business in the Philippines started over 25 years ago with two stock points located in Makati and Cebu City. HOYA Lens Philippines has around 40 employees dedicated to empowering patient's lives with the gift of clear eyesight with HOYA and Seiko lenses.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Analyst located in Makati. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for conducting marketing analytics, communication, and sales analysis on a day-to-day basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw data and successful marketing strategies, providing sales and marketing team informed decisions through data-driven insights. As a marketeer, this role will also play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and contributing to the success of the brand in the local market. Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection, Management & Analysis
- Gather and consolidate data from AX, SFDC (Salesforce), Showpad, and digital platforms (including Meta Ads and metrics).
- Analyze data to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and actionable business insights.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in AX and SFDC systems through regular audits and updates.
- Leverage Power BI and other tools to visualize data and support decision-making.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute lead generation initiatives.
- Track and analyze lead sources and conversion rates to optimize campaign performance.
- Support SFDC management to ensure leads are properly captured, and segmented.
- Provide reporting and insights on lead quality and pipeline growth to help drive revenue-focused decisions.
3. Marketing Strategy & Support
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for marketing events such as conventions, trade shows, and round-table discussions.
- Co-manage social media platforms, supporting content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.
4. Content & Brand Management
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, presentations, and product descriptions.
- Ensure all content and marketing efforts align with HOYA and/or SEIKO brand identity and messaging.
- Serve as the point of contact for maintaining websites local webpages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: Common fields of study include Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Proven experience in brand and/or management, digital marketing + data analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare sectors or advertising agencies.
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or other relevant platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for branding.
- This role requires extensive use of Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Excel is essential. Experience with the broader Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the optical industry or healthcare marketing is an advantage but not required.
